This house is located in the Roseburn area near Murrayfield, Edinburgh. A comprehensive refurbishment of this house has recently been completed which included the demolition of the existing rear extension and its replacement with a larger more contemporary extension.

On the second floor, the roof has been extensively modified by removing an existing flat roof section and adding a new dormer feature which allows a master bedroom to be formed and a new en-suite and walk-in wardrobe.
