Iain was, for a number of years, the Design Director for one of the major housebuilders.  This experience has allowed Iain Gaul Architects to provide a highly efficient design service, assisting several of the housebuilders and developers within Scotland. Experience has also been gained in the refurbishment and development of conservation buildings and in particular, farm steading conversions.  Experience has also been gained working on small residential projects for private clients with a number of 'one-off' houses and house refurbishments having been successfully completed.
