Iain Gaul Architects have assisted with the design of several masterplans throughout central Scotland. The drawings below provide examples of three of these projects. .
Maidenhill, Newton Mearns​​

This drawing is the first stage of master planning design for the development 66 acres at Maidenhill, Newton Mearns, designed for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland. The main challenge on this site was accommodating the existing levels within this highly undulating site while providing an efficient layout while creating attractive street scenes. Areas were allocated for a new school and affordable housing.
